Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Fast Lending Team website, applications, and related services (the “Services”). Fast Lending Team is a brand operated by SmashByte, Inc. (“SmashByte,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Services, submitting an application, or electronically signing through the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Business eligibility and accurate information
You must be at least 18 years old, authorized to act for the business identified in your application, and using the Services solely for business purposes. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and documents, to update them when needed, and not to misrepresent your identity, authority, business, or financial circumstances.
Electronic records and signatures
You consent to receive application materials, disclosures, agreements, and other communications electronically. You agree that electronic signatures, clicks, and records may be used to evidence your approvals and agreements to the same extent as paper signatures and records, subject to applicable law. You are responsible for maintaining the ability to access and retain electronic records and should save copies for your files.
Applications and funding-partner review
When you submit an application or documents, you authorize SmashByte, Inc. to review and verify the information you provide and to share your application, contact and business information, documents, and optional bank-link results with funding partners for underwriting, verification, review, and related follow-up. A funding partner may apply its own criteria and request additional information. Any final offer or agreement will come from the applicable provider and will be governed by its own terms.
Communications consent
By providing your phone number and expressly agreeing where prompted, you consent to receive informational and marketing calls and SMS/MMS messages from SmashByte, Inc., including communications regarding Fast Lending Team, at the number you provide. These communications may be made using automated dialing technology and prerecorded or artificial voice. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of obtaining funding.
You may revoke consent at any time. To stop text messages, reply STOP to a text. To stop calls, ask the caller to stop calling. You may also revoke consent for calls or texts by emailing hello@fastlendingteam.com. Revoking marketing consent does not affect your eligibility to apply or receive funding.
Revenue purchases and no guarantees
A revenue purchase is a purchase of future business receivables, not a loan. Website examples and preliminary options are not final offers. Approval, amounts, rates, terms, and funding timing depend on review and final documentation. We do not guarantee approval, any particular rate or terms, or funding within any particular time.
Calculators and general information
Calculators, guides, examples, and other site content are provided for general informational purposes only. Results are estimates and may not reflect an available offer or your actual costs and obligations. The content is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, or other professional advice. Consult a qualified professional about your specific circumstances.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Services to violate law or another person’s rights; submit false, fraudulent, or unauthorized information; upload malicious code; attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data; interfere with the Services; or use automated means to extract site content without our permission.
Intellectual property
The Services, including their design, text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by SmashByte, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the Services for their intended business purpose. The Services may rely on or link to third parties, including funding partners, bank-link providers, analytics providers, and communication services. Third-party offerings are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Your interactions with a third party are between you and that party, and we are not responsible for third-party websites, content, or services.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services and their content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all express and implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and accuracy. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmashByte, Inc. and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to the Services. Our aggregate liability for direct damages arising from or related to the Services will not exceed US$100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version on this page and changing the “Last updated” date. Changes take effect when posted unless we state otherwise. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
